Pan-Global Management was set up in 2000 to be a "virtual" development department. With fewer companies having their own consultancy & training units, we saw an opportunity to fill a market need.
Many PGM customers previously used agency contract staff to provide consultancy and develop courses, but regretted the loss of experience and lack of cohesion when contracts ended. That's where PGM can help.

PGM aims to be there for you, its customers, whether you need a quick fix or a complete project. And, for the next requirement, chances are PGM will have the same team available to give you confidence and continuity.
PGM only employs consultants with a minimum of five years experience, although most have in excess of ten years. Our staff have worked with a number of clients in a range of industries on a variety of projects.
Our staff are qualified to degree level or higher and a number of them have professional qualifications in disciplines such as accountancy, project management, marketing and web design.
